Health is the most precious thing we have in life and sadly many of us take it for granted. 🥺
It’s only when we “lose it” or get really sick that we start thinking of ways to “get it back” or “improve it” but by then it’s harder and sometimes irreversible. 😣
In studying nutrition, health and wellness at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I’ve learned that the body is the most magnificent magical “machine” ever. It truly is!! 🙌🏻☀️

𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 - 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝? Are they nutrient rich or artificial and processed?
𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬 - 𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠? Are they natural, pure and hydrating?🚰 Or are they filled with high fructose corn syrup (🥤) ?
𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - 𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞? I’ve had smoking 🚬 clients tell me that their eyes burn and their throats hurt and they have headaches but they weren’t willing to acknowledge how their “happy habits” weren’t making them so happy anymore. 😩
Maybe it’s not smoking for you, maybe it’s the people you choose to live with that are causing you stress in life? 🙄
Maybe it’s the soul-sucking job you stay in that doesn’t bring you joy. 👩🏼✈️👷🏽♀️👩🏼🔬👩🏻🏫
Maybe it’s the boyfriend 0r girlfriend that tears you down instead of supports you. 😢
